Hello I'm Ginette, I do graphic design, art, illustration and surface pattern design.

Here on my blog you can see the pictures i've been making, stuff I've been up to and the inspiration I found in my current home Whistler, Canada.

You can also view my portfolio for more of my design work, find out about bespoke wedding stationary and take a look at the cards for sale in my shop.

I took part in the Make It In Design Summer School back in July. It's such a fun community of surface designers with really cool briefs to work on and I came up with loads of new designs and more inspiration than I know what to do with. This brief was called Jungle Luxe, I was looking at old Victorian glasshouses and vintage tropical plant illustrations from intrepid explorers. I had some fun drawing the whole thing in Photoshop and loved the colour palatte that came with the brief. This pattern was chosen as a winner for the Fashion Formula prize, very excited!

Check out all these cool things from my Society6 shop. There are so many good products on there and they often have sales on so look out for that so you never need to have boring stuff in your life.

Here is a whole suite of wedding stationary that I designed this summer. It was such a pleasure to work on, with lovely personal inspiration from the bride and groom with their British and Sri Lankan heritage and a love of vintage decor. Plus I got special info from their florist so I could include all the wedding flowers in the floral pattern! The brides family run the fantastic Loddon Brewery near Reading, so instead of table numbers they had different Loddon beer names for each table, a really nice touch. You can find more info on personal and bespoke wedding stationary designs right here!

There was a pretty rad solar eclipse over North America today! We lounged in Rainbow Park and soaked up the eclipse over Alta Lake and Blackcomb and Whistler mountains. Here is a cheeky eclipse pattern!
